Our rates INCLUDE add ons at no extra cost (such as: hot stones, peppermint scalp massage or a soothing foot scrub) and a post-massage bottled water or Hot Tea. Get ready to relax, relieve stress and feel your best!
120 Minute Massage - A two hour therapeutic massage session allows for focused attention on any areas of concern in addition to the ultimate relaxation and wellness. Sessions are customized, based on your needs (deep tissue, sports, injury, etc), and always include optional soothing aromatherapy and warm towels at no extra charge. Talk with Tom during your intake to discuss your areas of focus, pressure preference, and which optional enhancement may be the best fit, including hot stones, peppermint scalp massage, or foot scrub. Rate: $180
90 Minute Massage - An hour-and-a-half session allows for ultimate relaxation and wellness. Sessions are customized, based on your needs (deep tissue, sports, injury, therapeutic, etc), and always include optional soothing aromatherapy and warm towels at no extra charge. 60 Minute Massage - This one-hour session is customized, based on your needs, and always includes optional soothing aromatherapy and warm towels at no extra charge. Our Story
Champion Wellness LLC was founded by Thomas H. Champion "Tom" and Sarah Elizabeth, two military veterans whose paths serendipitously crossed in early 2024 after 28 years apart. This heartwarming reunion sparked a shared passion for helping others discover holistic wellness and the strength within; along with a profound understanding of the stresses faced in both the modern workforce and everyday life.
Tom: A Marine Corps veteran and graduate of the renowned Irene's Myomassology Institute, Tom brings over a decade of experience and a compassionate heart to every massage session. He has honed his skills across a variety of massage modalities, ensuring a personalized and effective experience for each client.
Sarah: A Navy veteran with extensive experience in the corporate tech world, Sarah possesses a keen understanding of the unique challenges faced by both employees and employers; as well as struggles women go through to overcome and succeed. She plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Champion Wellness' business operations.
Together, we've created Champion Wellness LLC to offer a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation, in our studio or right in your work / event space.
